I got a few racks of ribs going on the gator. I am going to be trying something new with two of the racks. These are the first ribs I cooked since November so I cannot wait.

Chris,
Hope your ribs are going good. It's been on a while and my butt smells great!

Well stop and say hi to my wife, She works at A.I. Dupont Hospital,
And I actually gave one shoulder to my buddy who allowed me use of his welding stuff again. Should take some pics this week and post on another thread.
But I will definatly keep you in mind Jason, You would be suprised at how much BBQ we give or throw away in this house. My Kids are definatly spoiled. _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!

Just started a pastrami about an hour ago. Mixed brine to cure in as well as injected into brisket flat. Will let is cure for maybe a week, then rub and smoke. _________________ Gasser
