Does anyone know anything about the BBQ class that is supposed to occurr in Dover. I believe it is on 4/5/08. Would love to take a class. Maybe I could find out what I am doing wrong.

I really dont have any more than info than what BBQ MAN posted below. I am still waiting on more info from the Mullane's and when i get it i will post it. I know i am teaching a BBQ 101 class that will go over the basics for a newer competition team. Even though it is basic, i think that you will learn a lot of little things. I will prepping Brisket and Chicken which were by far our 2 best categories last year. I dont think it will be too expensive and it will include close to 6 hours of class. If you get bored you can pull some slots.
