im a new guy here ,so i thought i'd tell ya a little about my bbq.. im in Smithfield Pa. its 50 miles south of Pittsburgh, and 10 min. north of Morgantown W.Va.
WE HAVE A SOUTHERN PRIDE spk500 AT THE BBQ ,AND A OLE HICKORY on a trailer ,for catering ..
we sell baby backs,chickens,brisket,pig wings,smoked chicken wings ,pulled pork,fresh cut french fries ,bbq beans,slaw,potato salad , fresh squeezed lemonade
its mostly takeout,with some outside seating ,,we are in the process of opening a second unit ,about 10 miles away ,in a town called Uniontown but it wont be ready until about june. cant wait ,,,
well thats about it ... i hope some of you people close by will stop by ,and check us out ,i think you'll like it ....
