Howdy Folks!
My name is Tom Connolly and my team is Fat Tommy's BBQ. This will be my 7th year in competitions and I generally get to about 3 or 4 comps a year. I always make it to Salisbury (except this year), Bel Air, and New Holland.
Let's see... I started off on a brinkmann smoker, then went on to a homemade smoker made from a 275 gallon oil tank, then I got a custom trailered smoker from Gator Pit, now I have a custom trailer from Meadow Creek. If bbq competitions/catering is a disease, then I'm terminal.
