This is one I am going to have to go back and try it again. I topped them, cored them out, filled with a mixture of cream cheese and seasoning. Then I put a lil' smokie in each and topped again with cream cheese. Added bacon to the top and used an alum pan with hole poked to sit them up.

I think next time I will try to split them out, and make a "boat" wrapped in bacon.
