Hi All,
I am actually located in Mechanicsburg but most people recognize Harrisburg a bit more easily. 
I've been cooking on ceramics for a bit and moved onto competition style cookers more recently. The MABBQA Expo in Lancaster helped to introduce me to a few more possibilities when it comes to smokers and other BBQ toys!

The Expo had some good things to look at. I just got a Meadow Creek TS 120 and really like it. Hope to see you at a Comp. They are a lot of fun.

Thanks for the greetings All! I am looking forward to meeting with you guys at some upcoming events. I won't be competing for a bit (maybe helping out a team here and there if needed) due to a heavy work schedule and a newborn baby boy! However, there is always time for BBQ! I'm going to take a few courses and do a lot of practicing on my family so I can be of some use to a team when called upon!
