What does everyone use for pork sauce at home or for serving others? I have to cook for a group of 90 people (kids and adults). I don't want to use a comp sauce, it might be too hot or spicy for the average person. I was thinking MC or SD Apple, kicked up just a notch. _________________ Jon

I generally lay out three types of sauces in squirt bottles.
North Carolina or peidmont sauce
South Carolina or Mustard based
BBQ ---Apple BBQ is always a big Hit!
But I gotta tell ya. I stopped at a place down the beach and a guy was sset up on the roadside, So I got a pulled pork sammie and was wowed by his sauce. So after a little braggin and shootin the bull I inquired about his sauce..................
He informed me it was KC Master Crap!
Very tasty sammie though.
Most who do not get true BBQ are going to be impressed by the smoke flavor, reguardless of what type sauce you use.
Good luck, Hope this helped _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!
