I stopped on the way to our tournement this weekend at a place called Beefalo Bob's. I have their "Pit Beef" sammie and my son had their "Pulled Pork" Sammies were huge. But that may because I had my Bridgeton King Pig shirt on.They asked if it was a resturaunt, I replied no I compete. So that led to a 15 min. Conversation. And bigger sammies.....I think

The Beef- Was not brisket. But had a tastey seasoning on it. Got it straight up so I could taste the meat.
The Pork- Was Butt, But their version came with BBQ sauce on it.Sweet, Not bad.But really wanted NC style.
Overall, Was OK, I would go back. But if there was something else available in the area( In the way of BBQ) I would venture over to see if they are better.
I was happy to see that they were actually cooking over real wood. Had a great smell to the place. Nowhere to sit. Just get it and go. _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!
