I am looking for a recipe for a rub to use on boned legs of lamb. Anyone know of any? Dan from Three Eyezs told me to look for Celtic Wolf as he has BBQ'd some lamb before.

More of a classic approach, but you can't go wrong with one part garlic powder, one part oregano, and two parts lemon pepper. If it's boned and not tied, you can put a couple of sprigs of rosemary in the center before you tie it yourself. Since your only cooking to 145 (med rare) or 160 (med), rub the meat well with a cook olive oil before applying the rub.
