hi, im pafisher, i run a bbq in smithfield pa, called Herb's smokehouse BBQ im a huge fan of BBQ ,,,i do it 5 days a week , i use a southern pride spk 500 ,and an ole hickory sse
this looks like a pretty cool site ,thanks for having me ,now im going to look around ...

Glad to have ya. Do you have an outside wood pile and flies on the windows? That's a criteria for southern joints.
Have to make a bike trip to see ya.

yes i have an outside wood pile ,,
no,i try not to have flys  
and im north of the mason/dixon line ,so i guess im not a southern bbq
im kind of a takeout joint ,we have outside seating too.

That looks to be just south of Reading, PA.

im in the southwest corner of the state ,close to the W.Va /Pa. state line .im very far from Reading ,, ,,,, im 20 min. north of Morgantown W.Va.

My college roomate is from Masontown.. He moved back there I believe. I'll have to pass the word along to have him stop by your place, if he hasn't already..
