I had to eat here while in Vegas even though all the locals I talked to said it wasn't very good. I thought maybe they just didn't know good BBQ. It sucked.
I ordered St Louis ribs & Brisket. The ribs were over cooked (dry), Over salted and under sauced. The brisket wasnt sliced or choped but almost a combination of both. Also a little dry.
One of the guys with me had the baby backs that suffered from the same problems as mine. The other had pork and beef ribs. Pork ribs dry - beef ribs very little meat.
The place did smell good & our waitress was great. She is a blonde from brazil who is engaged to a plumber who does mostly inspections. If you do want to give it a shot go durring the week. Ellen is off Fri & Sat.
