Here is my basic hogwash,
Seems to work well, Anybody got a different ingedient list or wash that they care to share?
2 cups Cider Vinegar
2 Beers, Although I am missing the other 4 from the 6 pack?
1 1/3 cup of water
3 tablespoons of lime juice
1/4 cup of ancho chilli powder
3 tablespooons of red pepper flakes
2 tbls Black Pepper
2 Tbls Double ground mustard
1 tbls salt
1 tbls garlic powder
1 tbls oregeno
1 tbls ground cumin
2 tbls Butter
2 tbls Whochestershire sauce
2 tbls brown sugar _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!

A whole hog.
I like to butterfly mine out, Get a good 2 hours of smoke on em to set the seasoning. Then Dump the Hogwash into the bowl( Or belly) And slosh it around every hour or so. Makes for a very moist pig. _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!

Ahha!
I haven't figured out how to cook one on a WSM yet so wasn't familiar with Hogwash. Sounds good though. _________________ Dan Hixon
