ANyone else here own there own LLC/business in MD??? I gotta say, MD does not make it easy or affordable to operate a business in MD. Unless you are big time, you really take serious hits when it comes to fees. $300/year just to submit a personal property return to MD, even if you don't claim any "personal" property for your business. THat's rediculous.... $300!!!! It used to be like $50 from what I was told, or something like that. Then the annual registration fee, and the business license, etc. I'm of the opinion that your annual fees should be in-line with your income.... So if you show a loss, you shouldn't get hit with as many fees as a business with thousands in profit..... Just my 2 cents. The way it is now, we have to sell over 100 bottles (easily) just to make enough profit to pay for our state fees...

Ever thought of Catering? I know a guy who has a little experience in the field. Very Happy

You could recoup your loses very fast.
