Time for a newbie question!
At Salisbury, is it first come, first serve when getting a spot like at Bel Air, or will they have something laid out telling the teams where to go? _________________ Chris

Chris-
Usually first come first serve. I've suggested they at least paint the spots but they have not done so in the past. Its going to be crazy there around 12-2pm on Friday so I'd shoot for either earlier or later. _________________ Dan Hixon

Dan - If the sites aren't marked does that mean we are on the honor system not to take more than our 20 X 30 feet?

That's what the judges at Dover thought, too.......except chicken.....for some reason they enjoyed the chicken..... _________________ Keith

Not sure you saw my post on the Brethern forum, I contacted Sandy Fulton via e mail. She advises that the perdue and anything butt catogories will have to use a 1/2 aluminum pan of the 9X9 box for turn in this year, no more platters. That is all the information that I received from her, other than she is doing a mailing with some information at the end of this week. Here is the note she sent:
17 days and counting!!!!!!! I can’t wait!! Yes you will have a choice of the aluminum pan or styro foam for Anything Butt and Perdue. I am going to send a letter out the end of the week with all the information. Looking forward to seeing you! _________________ george

Not sure, you may be able to put individual servings of chili in containers within the alum. pan, but I really do not know. Perhaps the mailing will clear up some issues. _________________ george

Looks like it's back to the drawing board on presentation. And just when I thought we had it right. At least it's easier this way - I think, maybe...
