Just a reminder that season four of Top Chef premiers this Wednesday at 10:00 pm on Bravo TV. You can read a brief bio on each of the new contestants on their website. Looks like a promising group!

| I am addicted to this show. This season is shaping up nicely. My personal favorite is Andrew. Spike is by far the most entertaining though, and I thought he was more at fault last week than Manuel, but the producers and judges know that Spike will bring in more viewers and Manuel really had no shot at winning anyway, so not a HUGE loss. I liked the Mexican flavor though. Dale comes off as Hung light, and I think he will be around for a good bit of time, but won't win it. Richard has the best cooking chops by far, but I don't see soul in his food as much. None of the girls seem to be a threat at all, except for Stephanie, and even she doesn't seem anywhere close to any of the top guys. My rooting interest is with Andrew, but can see Mark coming up and taking this. I don't know if Richard can get much better and he might have peaked too early. Antonia is my second favorite, but I don't know if she has the chops for the entire run. |

Top Chef airs again tonite at 10 pm. Previews showed some grilling going on! Enjoy.
