Hi from Jim and the rest of the Black Tie BBQ team. I go way back with this organization when it was PA BBQ Association. Glad to see this forum. Very cool idea. Hope to see a lot of you out on the circuit this year. As far as KCBS events this summer, we are signed up for BBQ On The Farm, New Holland, and Hamilton Township BBQ Cookoff.

Welcome Jim,

I just saw Mike Casey yesterday at the cooking class in Dover. We were talking about the origins of all of this and the PABBQA.

For those who don't know this, Jim and his friends were extremely instrumental in the formation of the PA BBQ Association which has grown to be this, the Mid-Atlantic BBQ Association. We owe a great deal to their efforts.

Not sure what made me type "Hamilton". I mean to say Monmouth Country Fair, NJ. I haven't heard that Hamilton is on yet.
