My dad prepared 6 racks of baby backs last night, and baked beans this morning which we are going to smoke. I have pics of before, but everything is still on the smoker, after pics to follow.

Here is the finished work. It was very good. I brought in the baked beans and 4 racks of ribs. We smoked the beans for 4 hrs. I have never seen so many EMT's and Medics not say a word while eating. At least we did not get a call while eating. I was able to cut the ribs with a plastic knife, probably the best ribs we have ever made.

Thanks. I was suprised that the bottom rack of the smoker cooked the ribs faster than the top. I need to work mon adding my lump charcoal for longer cooks and not smother the fire. That happened when I went to season the grill. Yesterday it took 20lbs Lump Charcoal and a few logs for the ribs

Hey Big George! It's Steve Kennedy...I talked to you and your son at the Expo when you ordered the new cooker. I was there with The BBQ Guru guys helping them sell DigiQ's! I am glad to hear that things turned out well and that you are happy with your cooker.
