We still need a handfull of judges for next weekends event.
If anyone knows of a BBQ fan that is available next Saturday, please have them contact me. They do not have to be CBJ's.
Thanks,
Mark

Is there an age requirement? I'll see what I can do, I might know of a few folks that may be interested. _________________ Chris

Umm, Yes and No, And Yes and No.
I will be there on my own in a sense that I am using this as a test for some funky stuff that is not proven to work in comps yet. But Dan will be joining me friday afternoon sometime.
My partners on the Mutha Chicken team will be set up next to me doing their own cook this time. Not sure what name they are competing as though.
I am also going to help a guy out that's his first comp, asked for him to be put next to me so if he has any questions I'll be right there. Don't know if that is good or bad for his sake.
What time you getting there Chris? I am going to pick my meat up from them so I should be there early........Mabey 11:00am so I can start prepping _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!

I should be there fairly early, maybe 9-10 am or so, depending how rough the night before is. I have to go to the club to get ice, then hookup the trailer to head up there, its only about 15 minutes from the house. Eventually I'll have to go back out to get Jason & Kaiti, unless Mom wants to drop 'em off. Who knows, maybe Kaiti will want to judge, instead of cook.
Any plans for dinner Fri Night? Jason is begging me to make some ABT's, he still talks about that. I was thinking maybe something I learned in the islands, grilled beef/pork with jalapenos, garlic, sesame oil and korean bean paste wrapped in red leaf lettuce. _________________ Chris
