Folks, it would appear that "B-n-BBQ" is now past tense. After some soul searching, a few adult beverages, and an enlightening discussion at Salisbury, I have decided to go on my own and start Big Ugly's BBQ.
The name kinda reflects me, as that was my nickname for many years in the Army. Besides, as one person told me it sounds alot better than the no longer mentioned name.

With names like "Rat", "Great White Water Buffalo", "Angry Little Man", "INS", and "Snowball" in my old unit, I'd like to think I came out ok with "Big Ugly". Could have been worse........

I got everything firmed up for my cook on June 6th. I'm cooking for 40 servicemembers from Walter Reed who are going fly fishing as part of the Project Healing Waters Program. I can't wait, this is going to be a great event. I attached a link to Project Healing Waters.
