I love my WSM's. I have 2 small catering jobs, one today and one on saturday. I put these on last night at 7pm and they are looking good when I got up this morning. SET it and FORGET it. Thanks Weber.

Yes Bill we just got our 3rd (thanks to butt a bing) I guess we have tripletts now  So far they work for us and I guess thats all that matters  . Good luck with the catering gigs!!!......Yike it's raining cats and dogs here in NOVA today I hope it won't be a problem

Thanks, the gig went well. The rain held off till after the event. I got a lot of great compliments on the pork. (I just wish they were BBQ judges)

The food looks great. It also make me hungry. One of these days I will like my own food enough to try some catering. We gave our oldest son a WSM for Christmas and he loves it.
