| I am looking for a recipe for a rub to use on boned legs of lamb. Anyone know of any? Dan from Three Eyezs told me to look for Celtic Wolf as he has BBQ'd some lamb before. |

More of a classic approach, but you can't go wrong with one part garlic powder, one part oregano, and two parts lemon pepper. If it's boned and not tied, you can put a couple of sprigs of rosemary in the center before you tie it yourself. Since your only cooking to 145 (med rare) or 160 (med), rub the meat well with a cook olive oil before applying the rub. _________________ Dave
