| Hello all. My name is Lance. I got into smoking about 2 years ago, and have always grilled, and cooked before that. I am a volunteer fireman with Susquehanna Hose Co. in Havre de Grace Md. I am also a member of Off The Hoof BBQ Crew. We entered our first comp at Galvinell's last weekend. Had a great time, and learn a few things. Look forward to seeing some of you at some comps. |

Well from one hose man to another, welcome aboard. I've been a volly for 15 years and a paid ff for going on 4 years now. Currently I am the engine operator on Engine 2 in the City of Charlottesville VA. I LOVE MY JOB.

Welcome Lance!!!! We did'nt do that one but glad you've jumped in some Great!! people here Fireman are wonderful guys to my Uncle was a Firefighter retired now BBQ people stick together like the Brotherhood of Fire fighters.
