Our first comp is coming up 6/6 at Yardley. This w/e will be a dress rehearsal. Up till now practice cooks were one meat at a time. This run will be with everything...all meats and hardware, set up in the back yard.
Neighbor's will think I'm nuts.
I worked out the time line last night on paper. I'm sure it will need fudging.
I'll recruit the neighbor's dog as a judge. _________________ Gasser

I am doing that next weekend. I wont use a dog as I would be afraid my feelings would be hurt if he walked away. Yardly is fun. I was in the back yard comp last year. Will do the full comp this year. _________________ Big George's BBQ

One of the best things I did was create a timeline so everyone knows what is to be done when. I still have to tweak mine, last two shows things got done early. _________________ Chris

Sal you are the best. You would probably even be willing to change the number on the box so as not to confuse the judges _________________ Big George's BBQ
