a MABBQA flag or poster that can be flown over our members teams in competions? Something small? Think we can get this done?

Just a thought. I would proudly display one. Wink

Hey Bill, I think thats a great idea. I was thinking along the same lines. What about a license plate size plaque we could hang from our canopies. And any thought to just MBA instead of MABBQA?

No we need to keep the Assoc as it is. There are a lot of people who dide a lot of work to get this thing together. It dfinately would not be fair to them. We joined what they set up. Besides I like it the way it is.

George,

Not trying to ruffle any feathers - just thinking out loud. And I realized this morning MBA could be confused w/ Memphiis BBQ Assoc.

I'm in, All it would take is a Jpeg format, A call to the company. And mabey we could add our team names to the flag. Of course it should have to go through some sort of authorization from Mabba to aprove each team, I.E. In good standing, ETC.ETC.

I think its a great idea as well. I'll bring it up at the next board meeting and we'll see if we can make it official. Looks like the consensus is that we want a small banner though, correct?
