I have tried the new 3 eyz BBQ rub on chicken, pork chops, salmon, and ribs. I feel that it is a high quality rub that enhances the natural flavor of the meat it is used on. The family has really enjoyed my recent use of this product. I am also working a lot with my chicken test cooks this winter using this product and have been very happy with the results. I only hope the judges feel the same way, I think that they will! Great product, give it a try! _________________ george

George - Thanks for the kind words. We are certainly proud of it. In fact, we are looking into carrying the rub in 1 pound and 5 pound quantities. Hoping we'll have those available prior to and at Salisbury.. _________________ 3 Eyz BBQ
