Well after practicing Perdue yesteday, not to bad but still needs tweaking. We got a Pork butt on and I'm going to attempt to make coleslaw we shall see Laughing Laughing

I got a few racks of ribs going on the gator. I am going to be trying something new with two of the racks. These are the first ribs I cooked since November so I cannot wait.

I did 2 pork shoulders yesterday. Came out OK. I definatley like butts better, But the price was right on the shoulders.

Mutha - You ever need anyone to eat some of that food let me know.. Only about 15 minutes away from you. Actually, got a job site in Wilmington near 95/202 intersection that I'll be on full time for a few months thats starting in the next couple of weeks.

Well stop and say hi to my wife, She works at A.I. Dupont Hospital,
And I actually gave one shoulder to my buddy who allowed me use of his welding stuff again. Should take some pics this week and post on another thread.

But I will definatly keep you in mind Jason, You would be suprised at how much BBQ we give or throw away in this house. My Kids are definatly spoiled. Very Happy Cool

I did 6 racks and 32 chicken thighs yesterday in that wind. They were good last night, but even better hangover food this mornin. Embarassed

Can't wait for the new smoker to show up, gonna be a long week!

Just started a pastrami about an hour ago. Mixed brine to cure in as well as injected into brisket flat. Will let is cure for maybe a week, then rub and smoke.
