I have been smokin for around 10yrs now and just started a BBQ catering business last year so doing comps will be put on the back burner for a while but I will squeeze a few this year. Smoke On!!

I will be at Lake Placid, The Troy Pigout and Hudson Valley Rib Fest and maybe one more.

Glad to have you as part of the forum.
What's up with the Lake Placid contest. I emailed Dmitry in January requesting a judging application whenever they were going to become available and he replied that the judging spots were already filled! There wasn't even any current info on 2008 contest availablle online.
Is there a little private clique going on up north or what?

Thanks all My website is in major overhall at this time and as far as my judging I will be doing it minamaly this year as well as my contests getting the catering going has to be top of the list.
