This is probably a stupid question, but I have never made, and have never had any burnt ends to eat. I know they are from the Brisket, but what are they and how do you make them? _________________ Big George's BBQ

usually made from the point after its seperated from the flat. Stick it (the point) back in the cooker for a couple more hours, pull it out, chunk it up, sauce it in a pan, set the sauce a bit and have at them. _________________ george
