Hey...
founder and captain of the barbecue team Rhapsody in Blue Smoke of South Philly. Certified KCBS judge, and pretty active on the circuit in the Philly area. I recognize some people on here, and hopefully will see some others around the area. |

I don't know, after that "meat" we ate during that class at MC on Friday. Wendy's sounded pretty good after that. _________________ Chris

I smoke on gas rigs, so nothing I do is KCBS legal, so I usually only compete in local charity type of contests for the time being. There isn't really space for the type of smoker I want in the middle of the city.
I was also certified on Friday at MC, but I had judged Dover last year as an amatuer. They were right on when they said that the stuff was middle of the pack, but then again, I can't imagine they cooked all that food that week, it seemed to have been frozen to me, so I think it might have been better fresh. Surprisingly, I think the chicken was the best stuff there.
On a side note, does anyone else get alot of Invalid Session errors when they try to post? I've been getting alot. |
