Words from the imortal Sgt Vince Carter, "I can't hear yooooou!" Its 6:45 pm, the entire day has almost passed without a single post! Some body has got to have someting to say. Me, I spent the weekend with chicken thighs again, I almost feel like I am back at square one. I have cooked over 128 thighs since Jan.(thats 16 a week for the last 8 weeks) oh I almost forgot to add 12 on friday and 12 saturday. Thats 152, I think. And its back to the drawing board, I am going to burn 12 more on wendsday, we will see what happens. Rolling Eyes Oh yea, and I gotta run over the the fabrication shop to pick up my latest cooker mods. They called today and said they are ready. The only problem with this is, when I install the mods, I'll be right back to that ole square one again. Rolling Eyes Oh well, enough rambling, I dont know whats better, no posts, or the nonsensical ramblings of a chicken madman! Shocked Confused Mad Cool Wink

Funny,

I did 8 thighs today with a homemade Fab-a-like product. Think I am really getting somewhere with it. The family really like it tonight I personally thought it may need a little something more.

But will have a test group this weekend.

Doing a hog Sat at a baseball tournement, With some chicken, And of course......................Hot Dogs. God I love Hot Dogs.

I did mean Christy - I was typing Romeo. He's our 25+lb cat. He likes to sit on the table between me and the keyboard.

George-

Just enter chicken in Salisbury that way you can be sure to concentrate on it. I mean, why have those other 3 categories distracting you right? Just a thought.....

I've got it nailed. I'm going to turn in 6 grilled ground chicken kabobs (off the skewer of course, don't want a DQ), with each laying on a leaf of green leaf lettuce. That way their is no skin to worry about and presentation should be nice. Baste a little BBQ sauce at the end with 3eyz rub.

I honestly wonder how that will score....

Dan,

Give it a shot - I'd do it but I've been cooking all those thighs all winter and I hate to think that all those poor legless chicks sacrificed so much and then I went a different direction. You don't think ground chicken rolled into perfect little balls could be sculpting do you?
