Sunday's menu includes ribs, wings, thighs, ABT's, a fattie and a smoked meatloaf. Probably slaw and baked beans too!

It's a full competition practice cook for me. I have 2 briskets, 2 butts, 3 racks of spares, and 16 peices of chicken, and I'm going to try to get all of it on the fatboy. And by the time I'm done, I won't want to eat any of it.....just like competition!!!

Same here, full brisket, 2 butts, Picnic Shoulder, 8 racks, 30 or so thighs (got a new rub i want to try Wink ), some amish sausage from Lancaster, and a new 1/2 barrel of Yuengling. Time for some fun!!!!!!!

I'll have to post some food porn when it gets done tomorrow.

Well I must say I am jealous. I am on-call this weekend and have to work both days, and when not at work I have to be available by phone. Basically I am on- call from Friday @ 5PM until Monday @ 8 AM- when I go to work

I was plannig a full practice but I'm hoping to keep my timing a secret - even from me - until Salisbury.

Yep....it all fit.....very nicely I might add. How did it cook? Well, that's another issue altogether. I had temp problems with the butts and briskets, so that'll be the goal this weekend, to nail those down. Yep......another full competition cook.........the family can't wait Rolling Eyes
