Applications are out for Berk's. I got one when at the Expo Friday. Tom will be sending them out in a mailing. He also said that he has about 40 signed up so far for Yardley, and that is without a mailing. He is expecting a real nice showing there. Dover applications are out there too. I got one in an E Mail attachment on Thursday. I am looking forward to my first one- Yardley. That will give me some time to practce on my new grill once I get it- hopefully in about two weeks

I was at the expo Friday with my son but left after the last seminar. Which seminars were you in? What comps are you going too?

Going to Salisbury to hang out.
Will cook in;
Yardley
Franklin
Leesport
Clarence
Dover.
May judge in others.
If you are looking for apple wood, I know of a orchard with some for sale near Oley/Fleetwood. I bought about a cord and a half.

We will be cookin in Yardley, Berks, New Holland and Dover. Maybe we will meet up at one of them. I will let you know about the wood. How much are they charging, and is it seasoned?

It's a tightly pack pallet 3 ft high for $60. My 3/4 truck with 6 ft bed holds 1 1/2 pallets. Just cut this winter, which I believe is ok for fruit wood.
