Well I am getting Psych. My cement slab is finally down- completed today. Next week I can pick up our new Meadow Creek TS 120. Tom has been holding it for me since the Judging Class. Hope to be able to season it Sat. and cook for the first time the following Sunday. Our first Comp is Yardley so we have some time to get use to it. We can not wait. We have not been able to smoke anything since Dover.
