Well was a beautiful day out today, So I stopped on the way home and bought some Ribeyes and boneless skinless.Fired up the charcoal, Threw them on the grill.....Man what a good meal.
Made some Mac and Cheese with an artisans cut of Pasta (Rotelli) Was Ok, But the pasta was a tad too much. The cheese sauce did not come through as well.
And some green beans with some BBQ rub on them.
Anybody else grill'n today? _________________ The only thing consistant in BBQ is, It's always the judges fault!
